Refund policy

I want you to love your painting. If it is not right for you, you can send it back within 14 days after it arrives.

• Please send it back as it came, with no damage, and pack it well so it stays safe on the way.
• You pay for the return shipping.
• When the painting is back with me and I checked it, I refund the full painting price. If you paid for shipping at checkout, that part is not refunded.
• A custom painting that I made only for you cannot be returned.

Did your painting arrive damaged? Please write to me within 48 hours after it arrives, at mahsastudioyt@gmail.com, with photos of the painting and the box. Every painting is one of a kind, so I cannot send the same one again. I will repair it if I can, or give you a full refund.
