Refund policy
We want you to love your painting. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- The painting must be unused and in its original condition — no damage, no alterations.
- The painting must be returned in secure, appropriate packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect the painting, we will issue a full refund of the painting price. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Custom or commissioned work is non-refundable.
Damaged on arrival? If your painting arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mahsastudioyt@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a solution, including a full refund or replacement where possible.
Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
